CHRISTMAS LETTER

As you know, we are getting closer to my birthday. Every year there is a celebration in my honor and I think that this year the celebration will be repeated.

During this time there are many people shopping for gifts, there are many radio announcements, TV commercials, and in every part of the world everyone is talking that my birthday is getting closer and closer.

It is really very nice to know, that at least once a year, some people think of me. As you know, the celebration of my birthday began many years ago.

At first people seemed to understand and be thankful of all that I did for them, but in these times, no one seems to know the reason for the celebration.

Family and friends get together and have a lot of fun, but they don't know the meaning of the celebration. I remember that last year there was a great feast in my honor. The dinner table was full of delicious foods, pastries, fruits, assorted nuts and chocolates.

The decorations were exquisite and there were many, many beautifully wrapped gifts. But, do you want to know something? I wasn't invited.

I was the guest of honor and they didn't remember to send me an invitation. The party was for me, but when that great day came, I was left outside, they closed the door in my face .. and I wanted to be with them and share their table.

In truth, that didn't surprise me because in the last few years all closed their doors to me. Since I wasn't invited, I decided to enter the party without making any noise. I went in and stood in a corner.

They were all drinking; there were some who were drunk and telling jokes and laughing at everything. They were having a grand time. To top it all, this big fat man all dressed in red wearing a long white beard entered the room yelling Ho-Ho-Ho! He seemed drunk.

He sat on the sofa and all the children ran to him, saying: "Santa Claus, Santa Claus" as if the party were in his honor! At midnight all the people began to hug each other; I extended my arms waiting for someone to hug me and do you know no-one hugged me.

Suddenly they all began to share gifts. They opened them one by one with great expectation. When all had been opened, I looked to see if, maybe, there was one for me. What would you feel if on your birthday everybody shared gifts and you did not get one?

I then understood that I was unwanted at that party and quietly left. Every year it gets worse. People only remember the gifts, the parties, to eat and drink, and nobody remembers me. I would like this Christmas that you allow me to enter into your life.

I would like that you recognize the fact that almost two thousand years ago I came to this world to give my life for you, on the cross, to save you. I loved you even before you knew Me.

Today, I only wish that you believe this with all your heart. I want to share something with you. As many didn't invite me to their party, I will have my own celebration, a grandiose party that no one has ever imagined, a spectacular party. I'm still making the final arrangements..

Today I am sending out many invitations and there is an invitation for you. I want to know if you wish to attend and I will make a reservation for you and write your name with golden letters in my great guest book.

Only those on the guest list will be invited to the party.Those who don't answer the invite, will be left outside. Be prepared because when all is ready you will be part of my great party.

still have my PM proposal to do by monday. i was so preoccupied during this these 2 weeks with christmas and candlelight services that i totally forgot...LOL. tmr watchin Narnia with my bros and sistas at cine. heard its a good show ^^

im hopin i can get a break frm my ministry jus for this week. cus its a really important week. for than just goal-setting, its gonna be my LAST building fund pledge, and its also the biggest amount of the previous months...its e last lap of this race. we dont just wanna fight the fight, we wanna FINISH e race! =)

and one more thing, I NEED A NEW GAME! lolz. and im oso excited that im finally moving on to FT2 in 1-2 weeks time! yeah! hahas. you might ask me how i spent my christmas week and new year's eve/season, i spent it serving God in His house! :))

Christmas Land weekend.

oh ya, thanks esther for the song I Adore. haha although its not e original one sang by CCC (cus cant find) i decided to put it up for awhile, hahas.

saturday as slightly late for e drama rehearsal. e moment it reached hall 8. peishan asked me to do stage! i was like...whoa! blown away! hahahaha. mus memorize the drama script, mus memorize the drama ppl's names and character names, mus memorize e names of every singer, every musician, etc. 'this is king herod, u mus...this is mary, remember to....' my brain almost exploded! hahahaha.

stage is like e one of e few top levels in sound ministry apart frm main board/console. and for me to be there for one day, its a BIIIG challenge and an eye opener! heex...

most of e time i was at the foldback console area as a runner/helper. e pyro guys were there too. doing the foam blower at e ceilings, lasers and pyrotechnics. i rem our JW building also had pyros, but we only used it on Emerge Conference ^^ yea cant wait for EMERGE2006!!!! =))

i also had to listen to the intercomms by e stage manager to wait for e signal to switch off the xmas tree lights as well. cus e pyro guys had to man the pyro equipment. they had a mini console-like thingy in a briefcase-sized flag-case. look like bomb case/bomb detonator when they opened it up and placed on their laps...hahaha

left on saturday at 12plus, shared cab with gavin and lynn, luckily can claim haha. slept at 2plus. supposed to wake up at 4-430am then catch the 2nd/3rd train at JW to reach expo around 645am-7am. but woke up at 7 instead. so in e end have to take cab down to expo, no claim this time. again i was helping out at foldback console area.

then something so hurting happened. i mean, it wasnt easy to get someone to replace me for service 4 so that i could sit with my celgrp members. e poor brother had to delay his fellowship with his CG to replace me for S4, then when i found my CG members, guess what....no one got any seat for me! *sobs...i felt so selfish. i feel soooo sorry for the brother who replaced me. its as if it was in vain. *faint

after svc helped to tear down e equipment. saw julie and kexin, pls dun feel as if i saw u guys and ignored u guys. its jus that theres just too many orders coming into my ears! LOL! and i had to go on stage pack up, go backstage pack up and even crawl UNDER the stage to sort out cables. and man i tell you...its worse than mississippi! hahahaha...

or dinner with bao, shin, peng, wayne, sharon, zack, sebas, evan (sry if i left out anyone) at bedok 85 market. ate ba-chor-mee! hahaha really shiok! hahahahas ^^ then shared cab back. ^^ cant wait for the new year! =)

im dead tired, i can hardly lift my eyelids now. im down, but im not out. im burnt, but im burning on and never burning out! im exhausted, but im EXCITED! ;) btw, thanks drama ppl for e chocolates, thanks to my fellow soundcrews for e chocolates as well, thanks bao for e chocolates...hahaha chocolates chocolates chocolates...im gonna get FAAAT hahahaha....

Wayne's Bdae cum Xmas Celebration

yesterday was exciting and fun! thanks guys frm e110 and w318. happy birthday wayne! :)) it started off with me meeting mandy at outram then go to wayne's hse. it started off with some really good food. hahaha.

after that played some really crazy games. the first person will say to you, "Merry christmas. My name is xxx. What is your name?" then you'll have to reply something REALLY REALLY similar like, "Merry Christmas, xxx. My name is xxx". then say to the next person, the first phrase again. it took us really long to get used to it cus its so similar and its really easy to get confused hahahaha.

if e person say one word wrong, he'll be named as one-dot, then two-dot, etc. hahaha. then wayne was e first to kena. lol. then he say, "never mind, handsome what. later you see all the handsome guys here sure kena dots one". and those who kena was lionel, adam, wayne and peng! hahahaha...

adam was e most funny one. he said the correct phrase. but after that he said, "chill man!" then he kena dotted! hahahahahahahaah....=p ROFL... after that played another game which was even more crazy and for me and sebas, we could tell it was tiring hahahaha.

everyone is supposed to draw either your palm OR your feet on a paper and stick it somewhere/anywhere in e room (which was wayne's basement). then ure supposed to put ur hand/feet where e paper is. then e gamemaster will do a blow wind blow and we were supposed to run to a spot to put our hand/feet on.

and some really crazy put in weird places like, bao...put until so high! i know u very tall lor..hahahahaha=p hand cramp sia....sebas also kena that spot lol. then got ppl put on wendy's leg and on lionel's ka-cheng (aka butt)! LOLS!!!!! i pity lionel and the person 'touching' lionel, lols...and adam's palm looked like DINOSAUR! haha!

but it was fun. after tt it was rather late and rhonda and her frens had to go. so we went back up to celebrate wayne'e bdae. wayne took a picture with 10++ gals, no guys and everyone was like, "waaaaaaaaaaah~!!!" hahahaha. yup he received his gift, cut e cake and we laid hands and prayed for him.

after that was e110's gift exchange. w318 jus sat there and watched with mouuths gaping open. all e gifts were SOOO NICE and ULTRA EXPENSIVE! i think its those few hundred kind of clothes. think add all together mebbe around one thousand plus bucks! this is what happens when you combine wayne with sebas, hahas...=D

when we left, we tried to catch e last train so we took sharon's car. we did catch e last train, but we missed e last train. hahaha. strange right? haha. serangoon got NEL. reach outram no EW line. LOL *faint. and we squeezed like liwen, wan ting, shin, mandy and pow at e back and me and liwen's brother in e front. and i wasnt really sitting, i was floating! one hand holding the handle at e top of e door and e other hand keeping me from going any lower cus if i did, my right leg will push the GEAR! lol.

which eventually it happened lol. it was tiring. so i TRIED to make myself feel comfortable and already my leg was resting on the gear. and i jus moved A BIT and oops, 'i felt e gear move' and it went to NEUTRAL mode. woot. lols. pow wee, andrew dun go to 'R' hor....'R' is not racing, i was like hahahahaha lol. luckily no traffic police cus its rather close to midnight. but really wanna thank Sharon for risking so much for us....thank you sooo much! :)) and luckily the car didnt stop in e middle of e road or something..

the funny thing is that we alighted at e bus stop and everone was like stunned with eyes open BIIIG! as they watched people that just kept coming out of the car...hahaha.

and so, we missed e last EW train so we took cab. i shared cab with shin, wan ting and mandy. reached home around 1 plus. tired, but enjoyed myself. :) later ill be serving till who-knows-what-time. LOL. and i really need to get a replacement for service 4, if not i cant sit with u guys...T_T

nvm...PRAY! hahahahahha.....

CG Outing at East Coast

i enjoyed myself today, despite reaching there around 2. play lots of games, ate some food. and i brought 20 sausage rolls and no one ate, so peng took some back to NTU, thanks peng :) tmr is another E110+W318 combined celebration at wayne's house. plssss, i dunno what to buy! lol.

finally ive graduated from FT1 wahahaha...cant wait for FT2 lolz. this week's gonna be very very very busy...my ministry's been calling me sayin they need help since wednesday! but i have school so couldnt go down. but ill be serving for service 1, 2 and 3. service im trying to get a replacement so that i can enjoy the christmas service, drama, praise n worship, the Word...with my CG. =)

then after that go back to help tear down most prob. dun tink have time for the rides. besides, i didnt buy any tix cus last wk served till 530pm forgot to buy...hahaha. nvm its ok. ^^

thanks to W318 and to zack for making this day memorable. and mandy, nice to see you again :D i still remembered how you and sarah used to camp at my room in the afternoon after sch to study and sarah would be the dowager cus she always snatched the bed...hahahahaha..

we are all crazy people...LOL!! well, im excited this week. and next saturday's the year end COUNTDOWN AT EXPO!!!! yeah! =) Thank you Jesus for making this year a memorable one...all the crisis i went thru, you were my Banner! you were my victory...whenever i look back at my past victories...man...what a year its been! and im gonna fulfill my building fund soon!

and its e biggest and the last step of this race...like what the Daily Success Key from ps robb said, "God doesnt want us just to fight the fight, but to finish the race!" 1.1k for the next pledge day...its the biggest and the last step! so...im excited, but at e same time looking forward to 2006!

now that we've moved, we are not jus gonna be satisfied with multiplication growth, we are gonna move to a new level, to the level of EXPOnential growth! 30,000-40,000 in 12months. if ps Sun can save 100,000 ++++ souls in 3-4months, we as a church can do soo much better if we put our heart and focus on it. "these things come only through prayer and fasting"...

so lets move on, from glory to glory, strength to strength! ;)

First duty in EXPO! whuuuaaaa....l0l

woke up at 4 plus in e morning today where everyone starts to fall asleep. haha. left house at 530plus took the 545am train. 3rd train haha. i counted l0l cus first train was 535. dunno why i felt nauseous the whole day....no im NOT PREGNANT! LOL! had a slight flu and a heaty, phlegmish throat that irritated me e whole day...my voice was oso weak.

but i was excited, i was passionate, im willing to go the extra mile. during e train ride, i was so afraid of falling asleep, cus when im asleep, suddenly air will rush up my throat as if i was about to vomit, but nothing came not, not even air...and i would just suddenly wake up from my sleep in shock for a few seconds and feeling green all over.

i kept on praying and told myself that God is my Abba, and i will be fully convinced that He will not let anything happen to me. and so i endure the one hour train ride with consistent vomitting sensations and i couldnt take it anymore...but i told myself that even when i dont see God's hands, i can trust His heart ;)

so i reached around 650 by e time i came out of e toilet it was around 7am. went straight to expo hall 8, met eugene, willard, and the usher gang frm w318 and e110 except bao and pam, haha. went to help setup the conference rooms for childrens' church later on. a lot of movement basically....between stage, FB, FOH and conference area cus i had to check walkie distribution as well.

so svc started, and so did childrens' church. the echo and BG sound frm main svc was bad and e walls are not really sound proof LOL. and there was a prob with the SOLO func on e console i was using, whenever i pressed SOLO for any of e channels the music frm e CD player will be muted. lol. FAINT haha....

then one sister wanted e music off bcos of the loud sound comin frm outside, it was unpleasant when mixed with e music inside. then another brother wanted e music so i turn it on a BIT. then e sister came back into the room, ASSUMED i was playing around with e system, shouted into my face, "I thought i told you to turn off the music!?! Dont try to play around okay!!!"...everyone stared at me, and i was doin e rm by myself.

the power of assumption, she didnt even ask what was going on. seriously if i was still going through my depression i faced weeks ago i wouldve punched her in the face! hello???? i woke up at 4am come here to SERVE YOU u know!?! you think easy ah, u tink coming from boonlay to expo is a joke ah? im soundcrew, not the childrens' church director okay!?!

be careful who you show attitude to man, e moment you see my 'attitude' i make sure u no more attitude, i might even make sure u dun live to tell anyone abt it. i would do that if i werent saved! of course i maintained my smile and strength and thick skin, haha. i serve ont bcos i want glory or honor, but i serve because i love God and i fear God more than man ;)

i wish i couldve just blasted e gain to MAX and caused the 'EXPLOSION' to come frm e speakers at full volume man! next time find GF mus make sure find one who appreciates. u tink a hardworking servant like me come easy one ah? either i serve you or be careful i make you serve me ah! wahahaha! *bang! if u dun wanna appreciate my service, then sry you are not my type man. you can go to one corner and live your own lonely, selfish life like all i care....

im dead serious about character. ps kong set a good example for defending the basis of discipleship. of course no one is perfect, all i ask is the effort to do so. i really thank God for helping me move a level forward in e area of discernment. i can tell who has good character behind the nice, innocent look. i am able to see the heart the way God sees it and not by looks anymore.

thats the good point of a sensitive person:

he cant hide anything from you and you cant hide anything from him! l0lz, how true...

service was great. candlelight. i was soo amazed by it, and definitely touched. the message was great too...though i didnt have e sermon outline i copied like normal notes. i was really moved by e candlelight svc...never in my life i teared when singin a carol! the presence of God was soo tangible. ^^

after svc went back to check on childrens' church. then went to help prepare for SOT graduation, then go back to childrens' church to help out in e holding area for e children of e graduates. after that went to sound container to have lunch, and its free! thanks guys. :)) after awhile, went back to conference area to check on progress, then stayed in childrens' church. then when e kids started to do their art n craft, since they didnt need sound for tt period of time, i went out again to the place behind the terraces, and sat there and watched e SOT graduation.

and guess what, the first name i heard was carmen, or ka mun (tink got spelling error hahas), congrats! then shuxia and alicia frm my ministry also graduated. it was a great time and we had e second candlelight svc towards e end after e prize giving ceremony. really proud of every student from SOT! gogogo! hahas...also took photo with alicia, shuxia and ministry members. then i heard a loud crack! man, felt so sorry for e person...

it was a great experience. =) finished at around 5, then help to tear down e equipment to prepare for xmas rehearsal in jurong west st 91. when they left expo, i left to meet up with the remnants of w318 hahahaha...only found zack, wendy, pam, shin and peng, whom i met at e recep cus we ended around e same time. evan oso ended around e same time as us, but she left for tampines.

then went home with pam and zack. tmr havin dinner with family to celebrate my dad's bdae. thurs is CG outing, friday xmas gathering at wayne's hse, sat/sun carnival and xmas service at expo! manz...lol pro! haha. so excited ^^

CG was great

yeah! CG was great. great message, great presence of God, and of course great God and great brothers and sisters :)) so excited, tmr ill be servin my first duty in expo, hahas. gotta wake up like 5 plus man...haha. its be exciting to do crazy things lolz. i luv doin the impossible for some reason haha. ull nv noe wad to expect. furthermore, tmr is a candlelight svc and we will be holdin (e congregation rather) and sing carols. ^^ cool huh? keke.....

saw a short sneak into today's svc. theres such a strong presence of God. for the first time in my LIFE...i felt e presence of God when singing CAROLS!!! ^^ im really thankful and grateful to God for all these years ever since i came to CHC. indeed as we come to e end of e year, what a years its been!

so many battles, so many victories, and ive grown so much, in faith and in character. im just soooo happy. :)) in e past i go to church for e sake of going, now i go to church because i get to meet with God. but of course, i experience Him even outside of church, in my own everyday life.

Thank you Jesus, for making my life more than what it was before. how i wish i could just run to You and give u a hug...:) without You, man...my life wouldnt be LIFE itself. ppl search everywhere for life...in pubs, in clubs, etc. but u will never find life until u find the Life Giver. its not doctrine its common sense.

as we come towards e end of e year...indeed God has blessed us tremendously and He has always been faithful, even when we were faithless. i know next year is gonna be a new level, and new monsters, but i will be stronger and with God, i am an overcomer. what level are you at? are you at a mediocre level? are you trying to level up? are you way down there? its time to step out, its time to get out of your comfort zone, stop living in a box, you were made to dream, you were made to overcome.

until u pass thru life's fire, ull nv become destiny's masterpieces.

Jesus, thank you...for the promises You made, for the gift of life You gave. Thank you for the chance to live again, for Your grace that never ends. Always, I will sing Your praise...

so excited for this wk's svc...candle light svc...woohoo. haha its e first time im in a candlelight service where we will have no lights, just candle and sing carols to get into e xmas mood, how good can that get!?! hahahas =D hmm if im servin this wk how to serve with no lights? hahaha...

then on xmas week we have 4 services at expo, plus a food/games carnival at hall 6. so excited manz! hahas. then e week after on sat will be e year end countdown as we usher in e new year! yeah!!!! =) so excited for BS tmr...hahas. finally finishing FT1 hahas.

well, guess what? i miracle happened! my guitar string broke for the first time! LOL! thanks bao in advance whos gonna sell me a new set of strings which he had for 5bucks. so many assignments, so many projects, so little time T_T boohoohoo...

my C Programmin has nv been doin well for e past few wks, cant seem to get myself to understand/be interested in e topic. *sobs. and something unexpected happened. due to my overload in next semester, i wont be allowed to take internship project, but to resort to in-house FYP. which means my finances just got tighter! *pengz 0_0

arrgh...nvm i wont be afraid ill jus let go and let God. because in Him im fully assured and convinced that He will be with me all the way, He's my abba, daddy! ;)

The heart is the motivational centre of our lives.

Out of the heart will spring forth the issues of life -> Issues = geographical boundaries; limitations; how far you'll go.

Therefore, guard your heart at all times. -> out of the abundance of your heart, the mouth speaks.

1) Human behavior is not just the result of the brain, it comes from the heart.
-It is SCIENTIFICALL PROVEN, when a patient goes for a heart transplant, he inherits e person's emotions and memories.

2) Just as the brain processes, so does the heart.
-Before the brain was formed, was the heart. And it is able to pump on its own. -> scientificically proven.

3) Just like the brain has memory, so does the heart.
-The heart attaches emotions/feelings to memories, whereas the brain processes facts/information.
-The heart rules the brain, you've learnt to feel before you learn to think. Every infant goes through that.

The most powerful negative emotion is FEAR.

THOUGHTS

went to T2(terminal 2) after svc today. it was greeeat! i was so touched and so blessed and i loved God even more! i dun just want to be God's friend, i want GOd to be my Abba! =) i want that closeness with Him like never before! ^^

at T2 we ate at e staff canteen upstairs. den celebrated bao's bdae at BK. haha expo flooded with CHC and FCBC peeps. after svc MRT so jam pack LOL! go changi also jam pack! hahahas! l0l

after dat frm BK we went to orchard to play pool with zack, wendy, huizin, tricia, baoie and pam (sry pam if in anyway i made u feel bored or left out...^^). i hit in 5 balls today considered not bad for my first try. got used to it after e first attempt/shot. huixin so funny, hahaha...whole day make ppl laugh lolz. after dat watched Perhaps Love with sharon, liwen, wayne, lionel and baoie.

interesting storyline....although my literature i got A2, some parts i still dun get it hahaha. we were like talkin abt it all e way, on our way back to the car and MRT/bus. l0l. had a great time with my brothers and sisters today. =))

cant believe i spent 10 bucks like that woot lol. andrew! wake up ur idea! its building fund and ure giving xxxx amt. LOL! cant believe after today's msg, 'dont fear', wa i really dun fear sia, abt my finances, dunno whether gd or not oso...hahahahaha! =p

EXPO EXPO EXPO! OPEN HEAVEN! OPEN HEAVEN! waaaaaa~

it was great, phenomenal, EXPOnentially extraordinary! man words cant describe that night when i was at EXPO hall8 for prayer meeting and dedication service.

e moment we starting PnW, man, it felt as if Heaven jus couldnt hold the blessings anymore and it BURST! it felt like Heaven just SPLIT open! the presence of God was soooo tangible i was in tears throughout the session! its e most extraordinary feeling in the world! nevertheless, its not a emotional thing, its a GOD-thing.

we prayed like we've nv prayed before, and boy did we scare every demon out of the place! hahahaha! x) we laid hands on chairs, stretched out our hands to every corner of the building and we declared it the house of God! =) indeed God will build His church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it! ;)

when Sun prayed...man, presence and power of God flowed throughout the entire hall! though it wasnt really clear cus she prayed from a secured line on the phone thru e mic, but the presence of God flooded the place! it was like a mighty river. dont ever think that we've arrived, no we havent! its only the beginning! we havent even started yet! hahas =D

thanks Sun for the nice design of the stage and basically e entire place! ;) and thanks ps Kong for being the BEST of the BEST. because of you we have moved on. but most importantly, because of God we are the head and not the tail, above and not beneath, blessed in our going in, blessed in our coming out! =)

we are not in e business of building buildings, but building lives! we dont just want converts/believers, we want DISCIPLES! we dont want convenience or comfort, we want CONVICTION and CHARACTER! =)

the largest church in Asia is 850,000 (or 950,000) and we being e 2nd largest is 20,000. THATS A REALLY BIIIIG GAP! lol! but i believe we can cross 50,000, 100,000 because God is moving the end-time generation and preparing everyone for the harvest.

this place in expo may only be temporary, its the shadow of greater things to come. i just know it, revival is coming!!! what am i talking about? the revival in CHC has never stopped in the first place...hahahas...lol w00t

im so excited, sun is our first svc in EXPO. and its gonna be greeeaaat! :)) expo is coming to life people! wahahaha...l0l. no more food courts/fastfood closing at 10, no more 7-11 closing at 10 and no more toilet-flush-switch-off at 10..hahahahaha!

i want more...more, more more!!! hahas....man im on fire! lol! and yesterdae sing Rain Down Rain Down until when i reach home just nice it really rained! hahahaha. God is good! :D

Prayer Meeting Today, yeah!

been rather busy e last few days lol. monday went sch at 9, then after sch went straight to expo to help out wiht the equipments and stuff. met jinhong at expo stn then went in together. pranee came slightly later. my bro oso there.

helped with the cablings, and setting up of the conference rooms, etc...and the shifting of some equip, etc. it was tiring as the air was warm, still and humid...it was very stuffy and even when e fan blew sometimes u cant feel e wind lol. but nevertheless, it was fun and a great learning experience.

like wad peishan said, its really in times like these when you really feel that you were part of it, part of the ministry cus normally for big events/big days, normally e entire ministry will come together and WORK! yea, like wad ps said, paradise is found when u WORK, when potential is released. =)

if u tink Heaven is a place to relax you are soooo wrong! lol. Heaven is a place where not only you will praise n worship God and love and be in His presence forever, its also a place where God will put you in His ministry in Heaven and you will serve before the throne of God for all eternity! ;) we are kings and PRIESTS unto e Lord. kings in e natural, priests in e supernatural/spiritual.

reached home at 12plus on monday, on my way back home realised e stalls in expo even 7-11 closed at 10plus! lol woot. and expo stage kinda reminided me of the american idol lol. it has this colored screen panels on e left and on e right, like a wing and in e center is the LED screen. the seats were supported by a metal scaffolding which looks scary esp when a whole congregation gets on it and starts jumping LOL!

but e place is HUUUGE lol. its totally awesome, even in its incomplete state! hahahas. yesterdae sch ended at 6 went with Sean to EXPO again to help out. and not only i love doing what im doing, im excited about it! ;) yesterdae help out at e consoles. they were doing sound check throughout. left with peishan for YMCA at 10plus cus we had to tear down the Leaders' Meeting.

after that took the sound equip van back to church to unload e equip. haha, sat at e back feels like being kidnapped hahahaha! by e time we reached church it was past midnight. had to get e DFO to turn on e lights in e main audi and the lifts. man i miss the auditorium. when i went in it was soo dark and quiet, totally no lights at all....haha. can use e place for haunted house LOL jkjk =p hahas. and there was no one there as well cus it was closed oredy. basically e entire church was closed except lobby and DFO.

by e time i reach home yesterdae it was oredy 1plus, haha. but yea, im excited for tonight manz! hahas =D oh ya, i love the ramly chicken special burger at e pasar malam near e MRT stn next to my hse! hahahaha! x)

great service, great life changing testimony by hollywood superstar, robin harfouche. was really impacted and touched by her testimony. had lots of frens who came today. glad to meet u all people! hahas...^^

bTw, julie..i really appreciate ur compliment that im studying NURSING! hahahahaha....jkjk =p man i almost fainted...LOL!! and u and bao oso said i looked like i take nursing....okay lor...u all good! hahahhahaha =p bleah.

i shall be nurse andrew frm now on....hahaha...ohno! im jus kidding! lol....

after svc went makan at kopitiam. combined FIVE TABLES with e110! lol. anyways its out last time eating there so...yea. kinda missed the church oredy. but praise God we are moving on to greater heights! singapore expo! believing for 30,000 in 12months time! :D then eventually moving on to 50,000 then 100,000 then 1,000,000!!!

and also for our iconic structure, concert hall, arts centre in the marketplace. a 10,000 seater hall. tourist attraction, etc. yeah! so excited =D

went back to church at 5pm to help move equipment. kinda fun time. worked together with lighting ministry, TV ministry and security ministry. learnt a lot of their stuff and met lots of new ppl. when e lighting guy told me, check for problems with the spotlight and test it, i was like ha? how sia? know nuts..LOL. haha but it was fun. and a great learning experience :D

depended a lot on God! haha. and man when e security ask u to carry, man u really know the meaning of carry stuff! hahaha. e guy spoke to us like we were a part of e security team. so fun :D but at e same time it was tiring, but it was worth it. we were all tired with perspiration and thirst, but excitement kept us going. ;)

it seemed we became a part of that ministry. they intended to work till 4am but i couldnt cus i have lessons later. i would love to go tmr after my sch ^^. then when we go there on wed for our PM, i can say, i was a part of it, ive helped to make things happen :)) and for e first time today, i went into the guest room in B2! haha. man it looked like a hotel room and the brownies there are soooooo nice!

crispy on e outside and warm, sweet and fluffy on the inside. and its those bite-sized cubes! so cute..hahas...yummy :D

so funny, the lights seemed like they nv wipe for 4 years. i jus pull out the plug only it started snowing with dust! LOL. and when the spotlight was blown at, man it was a blizzard! LOL... i wear black tee oso become white lol and my hands were black. i eventually washed my hands and dusted off the dust on my shirt.

we also did art and craft, haha. we had to slide in the cellophane paper into this slot thingy taken frm e front of e spotlight so that when it shines thru e cellophane, it gives a colored light. kinda hard to slot in cus we couldnt open the slit big enough for e thin paper to go thru. unplugged lights, carried speakers, consoles and fixed and moved plasma screens, etc. lots of stuff. can sense the excitement in e atmosphere. =)

cant wait for prayer meeting on wed. and most of all, our grand opening this weekend! yeah! :))

This message is deeeeep! lol. solid food for the mature disciples ^^

-when a church begins to move frm 20,000 to 50,000 to 100,000, there is a danger:
INSTITUTIONALISM
-The strength of a church shouldnt be from the organisation, but from the ANOINTING of God.
-God has reserved Asia (the East) for the end-time harvest. -> Paul's mission trip to Asia was hindered/not complete.

-Almost everytime, God communicates to man through man.
-Gen 2:15-17 -> 3 steps:
i) God puts Adam IN CHARGE.
ii) God gives Adam INSTRUCTIONS.
iii) God PLACES Eve in the garden with Adam as a SUBORDINATE (helper).

Seed, Time, Harvest is a principle found in the Word. -> God didnt create a garden, God PLANTED a garden. it was God's principle right from the beginning!
-Ex 13:1-2, 22:29, Gen 4:1, 25:31-32
-The firstborn is often referred to as the "Anointed one"/the "Chosen one"/the "priest". -> these are the people who are the "Anointed covering(s)'' of your life.

You may be a priest and yet not accept responsibility, or he/she doesnt operate in the power of the ANOINTING.
People with position may not necessarily give respect for the anointing.
-> Respect the anointing! Respect the anointed!

Those with the anointed coverings will have to stand before God one day and give an account of your individual lives. when Eve took the forbidden fruit, God didnt ask her why did she take e fruit, instead, God went straight to Adam. -> Even God respects the covering/the anointed.
-Gen 4:9 -> 'keeper' = ANOINTING

After Cain murdered Abel, God didnt say to cain, "why did you kill abel!?!", instead, God focused on the covering, the firstborn, the anointed/chosen one and said, "Where is your brother Abel?"
-> The covering over our lives, is not only responsible for giving an account to God for us, but also to interceed for us. e.g. our pastors, leaders, etc. -> these are examples of God's anointed, God's chosen (the covering) over our lives.

-Gen 4:15, 2Chr16:22, psm 105:15
The Lord said "if anyone kills Cain, he(abel - God's anointed/chosen; the covering) shall be avenged seven times over"
-That is how important God's people are to Him! -> despite Abel's death, God still had His covering over him. "Touch not my anointed".

Gen 33:12-15
When we are under the RIGHT covering and we RESPECT it, there you will find your destiny.
-We will be blessed under the right covering. -> if we respect God's chosen over our lives.
eph 4:8, 11-12
as long as we are born-again, we are 'full-time' for God, and 'part-time' for everything else.

-Our covering is not just there to make you know something, but to MAKE you something! -> we need a man/woman of God (covering) in our lives.
Anointing is more important than the building, than the instruments, etc.
-Anointing starts from the head (leadership; covering) and runs down the body.

The operation of an anointed man of God is different from the operation of a natural man of the world:

i) the man of God KNOWS things.
-Amos 3:7, psm 103:7
-God reveals His truths/secrets to His most trusted/faithful/obedient/etc servants.

ii) the man of God knows the WAYS of God.
-knowing God doesnt mean you know the WAYS of God.
-someone could say, God told me that this lottery ticket is the prize ticket. -> He may know God but he certainly doesnt know the WAYS of God.

-heb 13:17 -> dont think that we will stand in judgement alone, but with our covering that God has placed in our lives.

iii) the man of God is positive in things that seemed impossible.
-2 kings 6:14-16, 17 -> they see things that natural man do not see. they see in the realm of the spirit. whatever is found in the natural were made of things invisible (it starts with the realm of the spirit.)

-when you change the spiritual realm, the natural realm will naturally change in accordance with the spirit realm.
-2 kings 7:1

almost every miracle in the bible occured less than 24hours! one miracle took a long time was the coming of the Messiah.
-almost every miracle recorded, God was quick to do/act. e.g. healing, deliverance, etc.
-God is not a slow-poke, camel-walking God! -> stop having the impression that it will take forever for a miracle to happen!

God says it is according to your faith, it will be done to you. people who were with Jesus had the faith and many received their miracle instantly! -> you dont have to wait forever for a miracle, it can happen NOW!

-luke 8:49, ish 52:7, heb 11:38, gal 4:15, 2 sam 23:15-16, mt 13:54-57, mk 6:1
why the masses misunderstand the man of God?

-they look at the outward, what he has, etc.
-many ppl dun mind strong churches, but when they see the pastors prospering, their views will start to change. -> "a prophet is without honor in his homeland" -> the masses know that if a pastor remains poor/weak, the church will be poor/weak.

-provision comes under the covering.
-luke 10:29
-with prosperity comes persecution.

jus to keep you guys updated, my week's been extraordinary so far. my love for God has grown and matured, and im beginning to experience God like never before, I feel so close. im glad that God held on to my hand in my times of crisis.

later ill be servin so ill have to hurry this post...haha. well, had BS on wed which was great and appropriate for me. felt like God was speaking one on one. ^^ after dat went PS to eat, fellowship and last but not least to celebrate eugene and pam's bdae, which was great. played a few SC2 games in star factory too...haha. cus was waitin for rach, wayne and liwen. but in e end no one came so we went ahead with the bdae thingy.

im so excited for CG this week...im like...finally! lol. and this weekend's gonna be great as well. ps john avanzini and robin harfouche. twin combo! haha. cant wait to be impacted, changed, discipled and move on to newer levels! yea...x) and i mus say, throughout this week, i 'lvled up' like mad...hahahaha =p u want more exp? u fight bigger monsters lol.
