Song, Prayer
The song on the esnips player is manual (autoplay doesnt work for some reason). =/
What is prayer to you?
God is always answering prayers,
Its just that sometimes we fail to hear.
We can be so focused on asking,
And yet not receiving.
We can ask for this and that,
And yet after talking to God,
We wonder away, we dont tarry, we dont wait,
We dont give God a chance to answer.
Prayer is not a monologue,
Its a dialogue.
What is fervent prayer?
What is persistent prayer?
P.U.S.H-ing. Praying Until Something Happens.
You stay there, in the presence of God, until you get your answers.
Dont have 'offline' prayer where you just leave your 'offline messages' to God.
Dont even 'prayer-sms' God. Prayer shouldnt be something mechanical.
Its good to have a list of requests to pray through,
But sometimes its even better to learn to flow with the Holy Spirit.
You're there to commune with God, not bring stacks of requests, lay it down there,
And then walk off! God is not your vending machine.
How would you like if someone you loved, treats you like that?
The person doesnt talk to you, doesnt LISTEN to you, doesnt even treat you as if you're there; as if you're invisible?
How you treat people, is how you treat God.
How you talk to people, is how you talk to God.
How you see people, is how you see God.
