Law of Potential

service was great. Law of Potential. ^^ and mike connell is coming. i rem my first mike connell experience, it was unbelievably phenomenal, it was really an eye opener for me. xD

1. Potential is UNEXPOSED ABILITY and hidden power.
-as long as something has been done before, its no longer a potential.

-Potential is dormant ability, reserved power, untapped strength, unused success, hidden talents, capped capability.

-It is all you can do but have not yet done, how far you can reach but have not yet reached, and what you can accomplish but have not yet accomplished.

2. GOD is the source of ALL potential.

-God is omnipresent - everywhere at e same time
-God is omniscient - knows anything and everything hidden or exposed, seen or unseen.
-God is omnipotent - all powerful. (potent -> potential).

-before time began, God was already 'pregnated' with the universe and all its potential, of everything seen and not seen.

3. Everything starts potentially with a 'SEED IDEA'
-things happen because people dare to dream; have a vision/purpose.

4. Nothing potentially great in life is ever INSTANT.

5. Potential is released by HARD WORK.
-work is not a curse but a blessing. b4 e creation of man, God worked. God loves to work. Adam worked (in Eden). God had e potential to create e entire universe, but it only came to existence when He starts to SPEAK and MOVE.

-If you think that Heaven is a place to sit on ur cotton candy cloud with ur harp and relax for all eternity, ure wrong! In heaven we are priests and servants unto the Lord that will rule and reign with Christ for eternity. Heaven is not a place for lazy people! You are gonna WORK for eternity...

-Hard work + responsibility/character/attitude = authority.

6. To maximize potential, I need to use my talents and abilities to its FULL CAPACITY.
-Your potential is your purpose, your purpose is your potential.

- dont stay mediocre and live a normal, average, defeated life! RISE UP! and STEP OUT! dont drive at 80km/h when ure designed/wired for 250km/h!

7. Constant COMPARISON with others can harm potential.
-our greatest competition if not others better than us, the greatest competitor is OURSELVES!

-Success is not determined by how much uve done compared to others. Success is determined by how much uve done compared to how much you COULDVE done.

8. PAST EXPERIENCES can hinder faith and harm potential.
-traditions and worldly thinking can prevent you from maximizing ur potential. e.g. healing of the sick, casting of demons, etc...
-until you step out, ull nv experience the FULL christian life.
-Do not pull e lvl of your faith to e lvl of ur experience, but bring your lvl of experience to e lvl of your faith!

9. To maximize potential, I need to obey the LAWS of LIMITATION.
-laws are there not to give us a hard time, but they are there to help us maximize and develop our potential in a manner that will work out for us.
-For example, a circuit breaker is not installed to prevent you from having fun, but to ensure safety.

-The moment you cross the boundary of limitation, you are finished! E.g. drugs, are meant to cure sickness, once e line is crossed, you start to have drug abuse.

-E.g. admiring an item in a shop is alright, but once you cross e boundary and STEALS, your life is finished. OR a banker with a chance of promotion starts to misuse/squander money form e bank not only loses his job, he loses his chance of getting promoted, he loses his circle of frens, nobody wants to hire him, he loses his future, eventually...his future is ruined for e rest of his life.

-Like e servant with e 1 talent, he chose to hide it, eventually even the little he had was taken away from him.

10. Potential is mazimized when you SHARE it with OTHERS.
-e.g. a music band, is an example of talents combined.
