bs was great...e atmosphere was slightly different...it had e 'mike connell' atmosphere. and worse....T15 had to talk abt e EXACT SAME THINGS tt were taught yesterdae durin BS...woot lol...

5 EXAMPLES OF DELIVERANCE

1. The Demonised Multitude - Mk1:32-34

-Jesus performed MASS deliverance.
-He ministered deliverance OPENLY.
-Jesus had e AUTHORITY to command e demon NOT to SPEAK.

2. The Gadarene Demoniac -Mk 5:1-19.

-Demons can inspire IRRATIONAL behavior.
-The demons caused the man to be VIOLENT and to have SUPERNATURAL STRENGTH.
-The demons TORMENTED the man night and day with e intention to destroy him.
-The demons were described as UNCLEAN
-Demons can TALK through people
-There were 4500-6000 demons living inside the man. (Legion)
-Demons have names and they are usually very DESCRIPTIVE
-Demons can enter into animals. They are desperate to POSSESS BODIES.
-Demons are highly destructive and SUICIDAL in nature.
-Demons often cause MENTAL illnesses.
-Deliverance is nothing NOTHING SHAMEFUL.

3. The Epileptic boy. - Mk9:17-42

-Demons often cause SICKNESSES
-The work of deliverance requires FAITH and ANOINTING. (u cannot have fear, not even 0.00000001%.)
-In e presence of a Holy Jesus, the demons has to MANIFEST and reveal himself. In deliverance work, we call this MANIFESTATION.
-Jesus was not AFRAID or ANXIOUS even when e demon put forth a tremendous display in front of Him.
-Demons are highly SUICIDAL, violent and destructive.
-The demon had been living in the boy since CHILDHOOD.
-In order to receive deliverance, FAITH on e part of e one seeking it is absolutely vital.
The demon had a NAME
-The demon had to obey the COMMAND of Jesus to get out of e boy.
-The demon CONVULSED e boy and became greatly violent b4 leaving him. But e boy was not hurt.
-PRAYER and FASTING play a very impt role in deliverance.
-When e boy was delivered, he was totally HEALED. (luk 9:42)

4. The Bent-back woman. -Luk 13:10-13

-SOME physical HANDICAPS can be caused by demons.
-The LAYING of HANDS is a means of casting out demons.

5. The Fortune Teller. -Acts 16:16-18

-The secret behind her OCCULTIC power lies in a demon spirit.
-The demon spirit could recognise e ANOINTED servants of God.
-Paul cast out the demon in e name of JESUS.

HOW CAN DEMONS ENTER A PERSON?

1. Through deliberate, HABITUAL SIN. - Heb10;26, 1 Jhn3:9

-our eyes are e window to our soul -> emotions and will.

2. Through CONTACTS with demons and the occult. - deut 18:10-12, 1 cor 10:19-22

-1 sam 15:23, 16:14

-e.g. superstition practices, ''7th month'' pratices, witchcraft, medium/fortune telling/etc, sorcery, passing thru e fire ceremonies, talking to/summoning e dead, worshipping of idols/'gods'/satanic worship.

-once ur mind is open to these things, u open a door for demons/spirits to enter into ur mind/life.

-always guard ur hearts n minds!

3. Through REBELLION and blatant DISOBEDIENCE

4. Through CHILDHOOD dedication to demons. -psm 106:37-38

-e.g. dedication to 'gods' / spirits or demons. e.g. "you make me rich/powerful, and ill dedicate my son/daughter to you..." etc.

-e.g. includes generation curse.

5. Through SEXUAL IMMORALITY. - exo 32:6, rev 2:20, 9:20-21, 1 cor 6:9-10, 16-20

6. Through EMOTIONAL TRAUMA. Demons can enter a person through extreme shocks, trauma or tragedies (including lost of loved ones).

7. Through THOUGHTS and ACTIONS that open doors for demons to enter. - acts 5:3

-luk 22:3-6, rom 12:1-2

-do not entertain negative thoughts/actions

-the main battlefield is OUR MIND!
