Emerge Finale + Pics

emerge finale was awesome! the sermon was the best! indeed the best is kept for the last. There are things in e kingdom of God that is specially reserved for the spiritually hungry. its not about how u start, its how u end, more importantly, its how u get there!

the journey is more important than the destination. what you believe is not as important as the experience that comes with it. what does it mean to KNOW Him? to KNOW is knowledge by EXPERIENCE! its not about a religion, its about an EXPERIENTIAL RELATIONSHIP!

i was kinda tired, worn out today after the 2 morning sessions, after having only slept for 3hrs e night before. i was dozing off while standing in e queue! lols. when im tired/sleepy, i go emo. when im not being occupied, my emotions will take e better of me. going in all sorts of directions.

so glad to see F.I.R once again. their story is simply amazing, how they came to know God. Ps Abraham Khu's church is like filled with celebs man..haha. liu geng hong, who is now a cgl, vivi wang, F.I.R, Jay Chou, etc..theres just too many. im so proud of them :))

the ending of emerge finale was simply over the roof, as we knelt there..we realised that this was a kairos moment. it will come and it will go. someone once said, the proof of ur desire is in ur pursuit. e immature live by convenience, the mature live by conviction. people who live by conviction give no excuses! obedience is better than sacrifice.

certainly today was a night to remember..as we sang "Thats what friends are for", i was just so overwhelmed. people say, why are we so emotional. i say to you, why are u so emotionless?

why are u emotionally shutdown? that you no longer feel a thing! how to tell if ure emotionally healthy? when u are able to express ur emotions at a level that is relatable. anyway, thats another story. once again, its not about religion, its not about emotions..its about a relationship, its about the power and the presence of God!

The new stage..this is e only pic cus it was hard to get seats which were nearer to e front LOL. the steps and the stage platforms had those cool moving/flashing colored lights! so cool. XD
