Update Update Update!

well, i let me explain y i wont be putting notes on my blog for this wk. firstly its bcos i have fragments of notes frm service 2. svc 1 's notes was great.

din really feel like blogging this week, ive got so many things on. tues PM, wed BS, thurs CG, fri CG again, sat SVC, sun ministry, sun guitar class. e only day i can get to sleep well, thats 6 hrs btw, is sunday night till monday morning. which is tonight! yea! amazing right? =.= haha

lets start off on thursday CG:

i must say i wasnt really at e best of shape at tt point in time. i was dead drained, i felt real dry and i felt offline. went and bought my new acoustic Blast guitar frm Guit77, thanks bao for accompanying me. without brothers like bao, my dream wouldnt have been complete. okay, i admit..i played rather badly for cg tt day, partly cus e songs are foreign to me. and it was my first time to actually TRY and figure out how it supposed to sound and stuffs...

and so, after cg, i was pretty tired...it gets more tiring to try not to be tired...

and so lets continue with friday's CG:

it was better, no doubt e songs were easier and i could play without much difficulty. e atmosphere was stronger...come to think of it, its not just the CGL or the guitarist, EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU ON THE FLOOR help and contribute to the atmosphere. like wad ps mark said, we are a team! we should stop cuddling around and actually start sending everyone out there into the soccer field!!!

friday was more people, and i was really encouraged by e e110sters. e atmosphere was there. halfway during e preaching i had diarrhoea and had to rush for a break. but thank God i made it in time for e closing. then evan took over as we prayed for e easter special offering.

i was still tired...but God pulled me through

come to Saturday's service:

it was a bad aircon day for me! not only did the train's aircon, from BNL to TNM, was spoiled (or for some reason it wasnt on), e train's aircon, from TNM to EXP, was down as well! it was like sitting in an oven, no wait...a greenhouse...man it was draining.

then reach expo the weather hit me like a heatwave lol. then as i was queueing i remembered during one of e PMs they were saying sunday svc ppl are more exciting than saturday service'. frm my point of view, its prob because saturday ppl queue longer, in e midday sunny afternoon, thus making us drained, lethargic and thirsty, compared to sunday, when e air is cool and refreshing and service starts at 10am so e queue is not as intense as S1's...

message was great. ps mark talked abt being a team and how we shld build God's house and He will build our house, about setting e right priorities, placing e House of God as our first priority and stuffs, and i was tremendously blessed by his messages.

oh and i jus realised tt one of my CHCMSN pals whos in melbourne studying now, and she told me that ps Mark Conner is her pastor in the church she' attending in melb...wooooot! lol. i like wad ps mark said, a church is not a somewhere you go to, its somewhere you BELONG to!

after svc went to makan at popeye at changi airport. nice fooooood ^^ guess what...we missed e last train again! lols. so me, pam took bus frm airport to city hall, then frm there she took bus 16 and i took 174m.

now for sunday's svc cum ministry:

first of all, i wanna thank God for promoting me to be overall IC for e conference area as well as outside e hall as well. sooner or later ill be doing stage...haa. well, a few hickups occured, and after going round the merry go round, we came back to e same conclusion tt e prob was with e brother's guitar. so i got him a mic stand and attached a mic near his guitar.

overall snd lvl was good today, mebbe cus e guy who normally blasts e sound lvl in his rm, is attending sermon today...haha. all these while ive always been e servant, e one obeying other ppl...now all of a sudden im instructing people and asking them to do stuffs, to me i felt weird, haha...but change is always good :D

btw today alvin couldnt take cab with me and my bro so we took train directly to expo. and guess what, i reached on time! hahaha. and already at 7am ppl are queueing outside hall 8 waiting for e queue to setup! x)

today's message was great as well! ps mark talked about igniting e passion within us. its one thing to do what is good, its another to do what is RIGHT. its one thing to be at where ure supposed to be, its another to be DOING what ure supposed to do.

many ppl turn up, (for ministry e.g.), jus for e sake of turning up. but how many actually have passion in serving God's house and His people? passion is like fire, you add more coal, it burns brighter, u leave it alone for awhile, e fire will eventually die out.

u may be smart, good looking, rich, but that is not e primary key factor to success. e secret to success is in one's PASSION and ENTHUSIASM! u may have all e brains but without passion, you are equaled to having nothing at all!

also most of us care abt our physical tank, or our spiritual tank, when we are feeling dry, we pray, when we are hungry, we eat, etc..but how many actually monitor our emotional tank!?! u may be a professional surgeon, with brains and skill, but if e surgeon, doing a heart operation on a patient, and u imagine e surgeon to be under depression, anger, etc..what would happen to the patient!?!

what goes on on e inside will eventually come out on e outside. altar calls was good as well. my eyes are closing from sleeping only 2 hrs plus last night. and today i happily took home e conference rm flightcase key by ACCIDENT! lols. ill be returning them tmr during PM =) yeah!

but after svc, b4 i left, i stayed behind and helped out with e BS classes.

im dead tired, ive not had good sleep for e past 2 weeks already...UC diagram, ER diagram, BCE diagram, FB diagram, database, ahh, ahh, ahh, ahh, ahh, ahh.....FAINT!
