Dual Celgrp Meeting
cg was great. everything, from the pnw, to the preaching of e word and e fellowship. =)
finally freehomepages is up again, but i have a feeling it wont be long before it goes down again lols...learnt a lot in CG.
learnt that trust is e extension of our faith.
the first 10minutes of our day will set the tone for the rest of our day.
the law of expectation: we WILL get what we expect out of life, the good AND the bad.
if we say we will fail, we will fail. if we say life sucks, like will suck for you. if you say u cant make, u wont make it. what u have faith for, u attract. what u fear, will overtake you.
we are a self-fulfilling prophecy of our thoughts and words. 70% of all sicknesses are psychosomatic. we can self-talk ourselves to sickness, to depression, even to suicide!
optimism and pessimism are contagious. if we are optimistic, people around us will feel positive and optimistic..if we are pessimistic, then people around us will feel the same.
example: 'aiya, life so tough sia, cant take it anymore..' and people around you will go, 'ya lor..i also cant take it...'!
God wants to give us His best, therefore we shouldnt be shy to ask God for the best. dont make God sound like a liar! when He says He will give you the best results, a promotion, a financial breakthrough..dont ask Him, "really ah? You sure its for me?"
you wont get any answers, and you wont get anywhere or anything!
its not about how much you have, but its about in WHOSE HANDS its placed in. Little becomes much, when placed in the Master's hands.
its no use to have a positive thinking yet an unrenewed mind! without a renewed mind, your positive thinking will last for only a limited amount of time and when the moment a storm hits your life, you crumble!
you can be saved in your heart, yet unrenewed in your thinking, in your heart, in your thoughts, in your speech, in your actions! thats what it means to be BORN AGAIN! not just your beliefs, but your ENTIRE BEING!
Things turn out best for people who make the best of the way things turn out!
