Mind Your Body - Knowledge Is Power!

"A flushed face is an indication of e lack of dehydrogenase, an enzyme, that breaks down alcohol."

"When alcohol is broken down by the liver, fatty acids are released."

"Hangovers and its symptoms are the result of alcohol poisoning in the bloodstream."

"Teens that have a habit of sleeping after midnight are more prone to depression and suicidal thoughts."

"Brisk walking help relieve stress, anxieties, and improves sleep." - So dont always take your own sweet time! LOL.

"Too much sugar impairs the cells in your immune system which are responsible for fighting viruses". - So is it true people who stuff themselves with chocolates tend to fall sick easier? You decide. :D There are lots of other ways to make one happy without food or even sleep.

And from my opinion, people who sleep a lot, especially to get away from problems, tend to be less responsive and proactive. They end up not being competent in problem solving activities.

If a child is refrained from playing in the rain when young, he/she wont be able to develop immunity against colds. You have to let his/her body learn 'countermeasures' and how to fight.

Give a child the freedom to develop in his area of interest and you raise up a legend by the time he grows up. Mozart, Einstein, all had silly dreams when they were young, yet they did not despise the days of small beginnings. And you should never despise that spark of creativity that a child has.
