Fun, Respect

If you always seek fun and you think life is all about having fun,
Then...YOU WILL NEVER BE SERIOUS ABOUT ANYTHING!

You will never be serious with God,
You will never be serious with people.
You just feel good, thats all. You neglect God, you neglect people in the midst of your excitement. You only see your needs but not the needs of others.

In the first place, 'fun' has always been something 'light-hearted'. In a way, there's no such thing as 'serious fun'. Laying down His life for others, going to the cross, was a serious thing, it wasnt fun most of the time, in fact, its painful and draining.

But in the midst of it, knowing not just 'what you are here for but WHO you are here for', somehow things become easier and you enjoy every moment of ministry to people.

Now, I think its okay to share your problems, but please, dont be a WHINER!

God did not save you to make noise! But to be a voice to the generations!
What kind of voice are you bringing?

You know, its very easy to complain and Im no stranger of that, but please, dont make it a lifestyle. Its irritating and a big turn off if you're a noisy person. Unknowingly, you turn God off with your whining, and you wonder why isnt God moving or responding..its because most of the time, He is TOLERATING you!

Waiting for you to just shut up and listen, and trust Him.

I know how its like..to love someone, have good intentions but before you even show any of it, the person makes a big fuss about something else and starts to doubt you or...'turn you off'.

Come on, God has feelings too.

And watch how you SPEAK to God! Yes, He can be our friend, but He's also our Father, He's the KING of KINGS! Show Him some respect. There's a time and season for everything. Afterall, He is still GOD. Dont give Him attitude!
